II. How to make an order on your site?

The process of ordering is very easy and quite fuss free! Just follow these steps:

Browse Collections: Browse a wide selection of miniatures by type or search for specific items.transactions

Pick Your Products: Click on the product you want, specify how many and add it to your cart.

Gather your Cart — when you are done, click the cart icon to review your picks!

4) Checkout: Go to checkout, fill your shipping info and payment info in the necessary fields then confirm the order.

Confirmation: You will get an email confirmation, containing your order specifics and a tracking information with the shipped orders.

III. International shipping availability?

Yes! We are excited to share our dollhouse furniture internationally. Fill in your shipping address and, during the check out process, choose one of the available methods of delivery and we will inform you about shipping cost. Please note that orders can be delivered based on the location

IV. What is your return & exchange policy?

The primary focus of us is to deliver the customer satisfaction. Even if You Are Not Happy after Your purchase :-

Refunds: We can refund you fully if the unused and undamaged branded products (including original packaging) is returned within 30 days.

Exchanges: Need a different size or color? — Send me a request on Go Meta. Reach out to our support and we will help you with the exchange.

Damaged Goods: If you receive a damaged or defective good, immediately email us photographs of the injury, and we will send you a replacement item at no cost to you.

V. Which of your miniatures are made by hand?

Our miniatures are more than just stuff, they have all been crafted by skilled artisans and our passion for quality is in the detail. Keeping prizes that are stand alone in quality; perfect for placing authenticity to the character of your doll home.

VI. Do you customize the furniture? Can I make it my own?

VII. Taking care of your mini furnishings.

To maintain the look of your miniatures:

Clean: Dust articles gently with a clean, soft cloth. Use a damp cloth on more resistant dirt, but let the products dry completely before storing them.

Storage – Place your miniatures in a cool, dry place out of the sun to keep the paint from fading and prevent any damage.

Operation: Handle the clean hand, not easy to touch oil, dirt on top of the fragile surfaces.

XII. How long does shipping take?

International Orders: usually 7-21 business days these are estimates only and in some cases any delays outside of our control may push the delivery date out more than expected due to customs or local postal service changes.
